Half Baked (Levity)
6th June 2022

Nervous smiles,
defile trials,
deeds not nice,
exposed vice.

Bombs took lives,
now they pay too,
become due.

Death is currency,
in this place;
there are no winners,
in this race.

How did we arrive,
at such a state,
all these people,
with such a fate.

Prompt: Half baked levity
